Booking available min 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday (max 21 nights). Very cozy apartment with a big terrace (30m2). The terrace offers both sun and shade. One part covered by a wooden roof, excellent for eating, socializing, games, etc. (comfortable fits eight people). The other part has an open sky with a lounge sofa (+ parasol), perfect for chilling out. The kitchen is functionally located close to the apt/entry, making food and serving easy. The space Villa Puntinak is 15 years young and in excellent condition with newly furnished apartments, all in high standard. The Villa has six apartments and one studio. The pool (built 2017) uses electrolysis instead of chlorine for cleaning. There are comfortable sunchairs in the pool area for our guests. There is an outdoor shower to use before and after pool use. We have parking for cars, laundry (+iron/board), and bicycle room. We also have practical storage rooms with inflatables, sports equipment (tennis/ping pong), camping/hiking equipment, beach chairs, fishing gear, snorkel & mask, paddleboards (…and more), all to be borrowed and used during your stay. All apartments have comfortable and fresh beds, practical and modern furniture both inside and outside. Complete kitchen tools (toaster, coffee machine, water boiler, fridge/freezer). Air-condition in each apartment. All apartments in the Villa has stunning sea view except The pool house that has a beautiful view overlooking the pool area. All apartments possess private entrances and space (terrace/balcony). The area around the pool is for all guests (using sunchairs).
