And you only have an easy drive to idyllic National Parks, Noosa River and more. The space This space is designed to prioritize our guests' privacy. You'll have your own separate entrance, will enjoy the cosy seclusion of your own private balcony with rainforest views, the elegance of your own spacious bathroom ensuite with double basin and a rainwater shower, or the convenience of your well-equipped kitchenette. The total size of the space is 50sqm. The elevated aspect of the room provides stunning forest views from all windows. At night you will fall asleep in the ample king-size bed, and awake to the serene sounds of nature. KING BED: Stretch out and enjoy the spacious comfort of our luxurious king size bed. You will be surprised with its special mattress - a whole new level of relaxation! SOFA & TV: A 2-seater sofa and a 50" smart TV with Netflix create a perfect welcoming space for guests to relax and unwind. Air-conditioner and a ceiling fan will help to cool down after a hot summer day. BATHROOM: Enjoy the luxury of a double basin in the bathroom - perfectly convenient for couples. Also here guests will find a range of quality eco-friendly bathroom products to use with the refreshing rainwater shower. We provide quality bath towels. KITCHENETTE: Our good size well-equipped kitchenette will truly enhance your comfort. Enjoy Eco-friendly bathroom products that are good for you and good for the planet. * CLEANING products used in the house are also eco-friendly and cruelty-free. * A WASTE WATER treatment system is used on the property - we reuse our water for the gardens. Please avoid disposing any harsh chemicals, rubbish or dairy products in the kitchen, bathroom or toilet. * SMOKING. Be ready to detox from the smoke and other nasties of the city - our property is smoke-free, enjoy fresh air of the forest. * YOGA MAT. We provide a quality yoga mat for our guests to enjoy a beautiful Yoga or Meditation morning. PRIVACY: With privacy being a theme, integration of the Studio into the owners' home adds an extra level of convenience and a sense of warmth, making it a perfect choice for those seeking a welcoming and comfortable accommodation. Your dream getaway awaits you! Guest access You will have the entire Studio to yourself. Parking is shared with the owners. Other things to note *** PLEASE NOTE: *** - GUESTS - In this Studio we prefer quiet guests who come to relax, unwind, enjoy the nature, tranquility of the space, beautiful views and all the extras we provide for your relaxation. - NOISE - Therefore we absolutely do not allow parties, loud music, events, noisy gatherings or any other noise at any time in respect to the owners and the neighbors - it is a very quiet residential area. - SMOKING - We strive for a healthy lifestyle, thus we do not allow smoking ANYWHERE on our property. Please do not book our property if you are a smoker - you will make us and yourself uncomfortable. - VISITORS - The owners must be notified of ALL guests and visitors. Please no Unauthorized guests or visitors. - RESPECT - We expect our guests to treat our place with respect and care which includes taking shoes off in the house, not bringing food & drinks to bed, being reasonable with usage of the amenities and complimentary extras provided for the guests. - SAFETY - Security Cameras are working at the property (aimed only at parking area & driveway). Videos are being recorded 24/7 for the purpose of crime prevention and guest safety. Also, we ask our guests to report any issues & damages to the owners. - OWNERS - We live on the property which is very convenient for the guests in case if any immediate assistance required. The presence of owners also adds an extra layer of security and safety for the guests.
