There are 2 cozy bedrooms, a kitchen equipped to prepare your meals, a practical bathroom and a nice deck to relax. The house is well lit, airy and has that quiet homey atmosphere. Perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. The space Important Hosting Information Below is essential information for a quiet and organized stay: • We provide one blanket per bed. • Beds are delivered already lined with sheets and bedspreads. • Bath towels are not provided. • We do not provide extra bedding or blankets, except for an additional charge. Property Rules • Visitors who are not included in the reservation are not allowed to enter. In case of non-compliance, an additional daily rate per person will be charged. • It is not allowed to use consumable items available in the house (condiments, beverages, etc.). • Furniture should not be moved. • Avoid loud sounds, especially at night. We value the good coexistence and quietness of the environment. Safety • The property has two security cameras, installed to ensure everyone's safety. Infrastructure and Amenities • Full kitchen, equipped with coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, gas stove and utensils in general. • One of the rooms has a TV, providing more comfort during the stay. TV Information The TV available on-site is a Smart TV with access only to streaming platforms • Outdoor area with deck and laundry space, including washing machine. Important Notes • I live on the same property, so some personal items remain on site. The refrigerator is shared, but I always try to leave it as empty as possible for guest use. • The backyard is shared. Check-in • One day before arrival, location data and other check-in guidelines will be sent. • Check-in is available from 2 p.m., with prior appointment, subject to availability.
