Located in one of the most fashionable areas of Budapest with city’s best bars, pubs, restaurants, museums, galleries, designer clothing boutiques, shops and historical architecture at your doorstep. The air-conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. The space The minimal-modern designed studio is well equipped indeed and accommodates 2 up to 3-4 people. The bathroom, kitchen and all the appliances are modern and of high quality. The apartment receives lots of light and the window is equipped with blackout curtain. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob with an aeration hood, toaster, microwave, coffee machine (espresso provided), dishwasher and fridge. The kitchen is perfect for picking up fresh food at local markets (one of the best is located in the neighbourhood) or at the numerous nearby bakeries and grocers and enjoying in the apartment. The double-glazed new glass windows keep the apartment both quiet and warm in the winter and cool in the summer however air-conditioner provided. There is washing machine, iron with board, hair dryer and all bath essentials. The apartment has a HD flat screen television with local and international cable channels, unlimited high speed (120 mbps) WiFi internet with unlimited down-/upload option, DAB+ sound system with internet radio (more then 20.000+ stations available) and Spotify connection and air-condition system. The high standard apartment is offered specially for couples and friends but also welcome families with baby – baby cot is available as well. Guest access All guest can use the entire apartment without any restrictions. Other things to note This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. To ensure a calm and peaceful environment for everyone in the building it is important to not make excessive noise especially at night. Normally check-in is after 16:00 pm and check-out before 10:00 am. However early check in and late check out could be often possible – just please let me know at the time you make the booking.
