Description
In the middle of the Provençal countryside, in absolute calm and not overlooked, is our farmhouse. You will have 3 large double bedrooms, a spacious dormitory with 4 single beds. The farmhouse includes a warm living space of more than 100m2 and a fully equipped kitchen to reunite family and friends. The house is surrounded by apricot trees and offers magnificent views of the valley and mountains. Many swimming spots in the Eygues River are reachable in less than 10 minutes. The space Come and recharge your batteries with ease in our traditional family home surrounded by nature and in a sumptuous and soothing landscape. - 3 large double bedrooms spaced apart from each other - A dormitory with 3 single beds and 1 double bed - A friendly living space with a huge living room 4-5 meters high, a dining room that can easily accommodate 10 people, and a fully equipped open kitchen. - An interior courtyard, without facing, with all the necessary outdoor furniture, as well as an electric barbecue for successful grilling (charcoal being prohibited in our region). Guest access Access to the house is via a private 400-metre road (watch out for the low-frame car!) There is space to park your cars. Other things to note 5 minutes from the house : - A tennis court (for a fee of 10 euros per week) - A children's playground - A soccer field - A grocery store with butcher - A bakery - A restaurant and bar 10 minutes from the house : Many places to swim in the Eygues River 15 minutes from the house : Go make your stock of good bottles of wine thanks to the many wine cellars in the region. 20 minutes from the farmhouse: - Nyons is a medium-sized city with all the shops and supermarkets you'll need - 2 Provençal markets per week (Thursday and Sunday)
