You will find a spacious bathroom, a equipped kitchen with an open-concept living area, and a cosy private terrace with a seating area—perfect for your morning coffee or evening relaxation. For your convenience, one dedicated parking space is provided right in front of the courtyard. A Note About Our Furry Family Members To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we would like to share that our home is also home to our beloved pets. In addition to our friendly garden turtles, we have a sweet and playful young dog named Fleki and a curious young cat named Kia.Our pets are a cherished part of our family. While they love to say hello in the garden,we kindly ask our guests not to allow the dog or cat inside the apartment. If you are traveling with small children or have allergies, please take this into consideration before booking. By completing your reservation, you agree to these house conditions. Guest access The crystal-clear waters are just a short stroll away! The nearest beach (Lion Bay) is only a 12-minute walk. We also highly recommend exploring the pine-shaded Bumbište beach or visiting Centinera beach, which we personally believe is one of the most beautiful spots in the entire area. Everything you need is within walking distance. A nearby bus stop connects you easily to Premantura and the historic city of Pula. The neighborhood is vibrant with local restaurants, bars, shops, fresh fruit and vegetable stands, a church, and even a massage studio. Families will love the nearby school playground with slides and swings for the children. Just 700 meters away, you’ll find all the essentials: a laundromat, pharmacy, dentist, and a gas station where you can rent bicycles and mopeds. If you love the sea, there is a fish market, a shop for fishing licenses, and various water sports. We also offer boat trips ourselves, so feel free to ask us for details! Other things to note Recommendation to guests: September is ideal for swimming and enjoying the sun and in October you can still enjoy the mild temperatures. Those periods prices fall drastically,take advantage of this opportunity. To help us prepare the apartment perfectly for every guest, our check-in is after 3:00 PM, and we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM on your departure day.
