New and Sunny Studio in the Center

A newly renovated, contemporary studio in the entertainment district of Helsinki. Steps away from all famous sights, shopping and entertainment. Double bed and sofa/bed and linens for four people. The space This is a studio apartment with a bathroom, shower, air-conditioning, washing machine, two double beds (one is converted to sofa), full kitchen and dining table with four chairs. Table can also function as working desk, and can be extended. Place was fully renovated in September 2018. Guest access Guests have whole apartment for themselves. Other things to note The building is almost 100 years old (but well maintained). Here are some "old building" things you should be aware of. Apartment is located right in the city center on a street with tram and bus lines. In the summer there is portable AC unit for cooling. Guest can choose to either have cool air with extra noise (AC + street), or they can close the windows and AC for silence but higher room temperature. Bathroom is rather narrow. There is elevator in the building, but you need to climb some stairs to get to the elevator. Elevator is quite compact, fits 2-3 persons.
