The house is a new construction very airy and brightly. For those which are interested in spending a calm holiday at the Black Sea, this is a place to be. The proximity to the sea makes it unique. The place is suitable for big families or groups. The upper story could host up to 7-8 guests but also for a couple of 2. It is my great pleasure to offer the best of my place and to let everybody feel at home!! The space the house is divided into 2 areas: 1. The ground floor: Guests have a room with a double bed(160/200) with the possibility to add a rollaway bed. The private bathroom is not accessible from the room but through the corridor. The corridor is a common area of the main entrance. TV is available in the room. A seating corner is in the big living room. If you don't want to stay in-house then you can use the outdoor roof-covered terrace facing the garden. On the very terrace, there is also the barbecue. 2. The second floor: The flat which is situated on the second- floor offers a great sea view. This place is very cozy and has its own entrance. 2 bedrooms equipped with quin size beds each(140x200) and single bed each, 1 common bathroom with bathtub/ shower 1 airy, open kitchen with all necessary 1 living huge living room where you can relax or watch TV. 1 outdoor roof-covered terrace with an amazing sea view. This flat is suitable for big families or groups. For more privacy is better to be shared by one family. Guest access The main entrance is common for the whole house. All guests have access to the main terrace as well as to the barbecue on this terrace In defense of guest which are occupying the ground floor, I kindly ask the other guests to keep quiet and do not traverse the living room situated on the ground floor. Surrounding the house it is possible for the other guests to access the main terrace and the barbecue. Running water is available on the main terrace. I do not provide charcoal or wood for the grill. During your stay On spot, the guests will interact with my sister which is part of this project. Myself will be any time reachable via email or Messenger.
