A short walk through the bunny reserve and you are at the beautiful coast with a choice of sandy or pebble beach. The house is nicely decorated and well equipped inc lovely outside space. Local amenities only a 5 min walk offering shops, bakery, fishmongers, and a range of fantastic eateries. The house is well positioned for walks or cycling in the New Forest. Mudeford Quay, Hengistbury Head, Christchurch and the Isle of Wight are all within easy reach. A light, airy home in a beautiful setting. The space This is our holiday home too so we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. The house is well equipped offering a relaxed space for couples or families. There are three bedrooms- one upstairs is a super king, two bedrooms on the ground floor, one superking and one twin. If you would like two twin rooms, please ask. All bedding and towels are provided (not beach towels). The kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and nespresso coffee machine. There is a smart UHD TV with virgin box, WiFi (sta)and Bose sounddock speaker with bluetooth adapter. The garden offers plenty of space to sit and relax or play, in sun or shade. There are a number of garden games for your use. The BBQ makes for great alfresco cooking and dining. Guest access Guests can access all areas including the sun room which is not advertised in the listing, as this room is not weather tight and the external doors do not open. One exception is the garden office, however the decking is a lovely shaded spot in the day or a nice place to sit for sundowners in the evening. Other things to note We ask guests to put the correct bin (timetable above the kitchen sink in the garage) out on Thursday evening for collection Friday morning, if this time falls during your stay. Please remove bedding before checkout and along with towels, leave in the linen bags provided. We have a ring doorbell, the monitoring is turned off after your arrival. It will be turned on again on day of departure. It can be continued to use as a normal doorbell during your stay. Thank you.
