The apartment is on the 4th floor of a 10-storey building, it has three isolated rooms with six beds (2+2+1+1). The apartment is spacious, it will be quite comfortable for six people. Dishes and hygiene accessories are also designed for a large company. We always keep the apartment perfectly clean and tidy, and make sure that the appliances and plumbing are in good working order. Guest access The apartment is perfectly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: • Comfortable double bed + fold-out double sofa + two single beds • Unlimited high-speed internet (Wi-Fi) • The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: stove, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, water filter, dishes, tea, sugar, salt, etc. • The bathroom also has everything you need: washing machine, hairdryer, hygiene items, washing powder, etc. • Sets of bed linen and terry towels, impeccably clean and ironed. • Television • Ironing board, iron • A baby cot (extra charge) • Shoe polish, umbrella, slippers and other nice little things:) All photos are true to life. Professional cleaning is carried out before each check-in. Final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price. If you come to us for more than 10 days, you will have a free professional cleaning every 7 days. In addition, for an extra fee, you can order cleaning at any convenient time. Other things to note Early check-in from 10:00 to 15:00 is charged at 50% of the daily rate; early check-in from 07:00 to 10:00 is charged at the full daily rate. Late check-out (11 am to 7 pm) is charged at 50% of the daily rate. Check-in at night (from 11:00 p.m. to 06:30 a.m.) is charged extra at 900 rubles. Individual transfer from/to airport(s) is available for an additional fee. We accept guests over 21 years old.
