The space Very comfortable and pleasant charming cottage in Juan-les-Pins. This is a 50 m2 annex to our main house with a nice terrace, lounge chairs and a barbecue. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower, living room, kitchenette. The small kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, a stove, a microwave, a small oven, a sink and a coffee maker. Sheets and towels are provided. We live on the property and we have a big dog, very quiet and very nice. The cottage is in a very quiet residential area, 850 meters from the sea (5-minute drive). Street parking is available. A bus stop and several shops are 500 meters away: bakery, grocery store, post office. Two supermarkets are 1 km away but also bars and restaurants. The center of Juan-les-Pins is 500 meters away. The historic center of Antibes is 3 kilometers away.
