The Figuier cottage is located in the heart of the village between Cévennes and Camargue. Air-conditioned and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 4 people. A wooden staircase leads to the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The toilet and shower room is on the ground floor as well as the kitchen and living room. The swimming pool is shared and accessible from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Cleaning products as well as bath towels (bathroom) and dish towels are provided but NOT BED LINEN. The space Reversible air conditioning. Bedroom 1: 2 90 cm beds, mosquito nets, blackout curtains, dressing room. Bedroom 2: queen bed, dresser, table and chair, nightstands, screen. The wooden staircase is equipped with a child safety gate. In the living room: sofa, coffee table, flat screen, lamp. In the kitchen: table and 4 chairs, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine and Senseo, toaster, gas stove, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave. All the necessary dishes can be found in the cabinets and drawers. Shower room/toilet: laundry basket, towel rail, iron, fan heater. Guest access You will have access to the owners' garden in which there is a common swimming pool, sunbathing, a sofa with parasol. The swimming pool is available from 10 am to 12 PM AND FROM 3 PM to 7 PM. Other things to note The gîte du Figuier is located on the church square where you can park easily. The bell rings 3 times a day at 7 a.m., noon and 7 p.m. A mass is held on the first Sunday of each month. For the National Day, an evening is also organized by the party committee on the square. We advise you to participate and can, if you wish, book your meals. In front of the town hall you will find a bread dispenser but the villages of Sommières and Quissac are only 8 km away. The pool is available from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. It is not possible to eat by the pool. It is mandatory to lie on a towel and not directly on the deckchairs' mattresses. The bedrooms are upstairs and accessible by stairs. SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED. You will need to provide 2 pairs of 90 cm and one pair of 160 cm. If you don't have 160 cm sheets, we can provide them for an extra fee. the pillows are standard squares. Mattresses and pillows are protected by mattress covers that are changed with each change of tenants. The toilet is on the ground floor. The household trash can is to be put out on the street on Monday evening and the sorting bin is to be taken out on Wednesday evening. The composter is at the bottom of the owners' garden and the glass container on the street of the Abrivado.
