The space Relax in a quiet, private garden setting with private deck and your own parking space -- which is also just a short walk from all the amenities of University Avenue in downtown Palo Alto, Stanford University and Menlo Park. Guest access You will have your own private attached unit, with private entrance -- and a redwood deck with cafe table and two chairs overlooking a private garden. Unit has a king bed, private full bath, brand new “ninja foodie” air fryer:convection oven/ toaster unit, fridge, hot plate and pans, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, desk and chairs, lamp, soothing white noise machine, armchair, Roku TV, free ATT wifi. The Roku TV has Netflix, and Live TV via You Tube TV apps built in for your enjoyment, as well as other streaming services. Enjoy your complimentary bottle of California wine and gourmet chocolate! “Ninja Foodie” air fryer / convection oven, toaster, Hot plate and pans, Microwave, Coffee maker, coffee (decaf and regular), coffee filters, Tea (decaf and regular), Brita cold water filter pitcher, Hot water electric pitcher, toaster, plates, bowls, mugs, silverware, serving trays, cork screw, glasses, wine glasses, cutting board and knife, dish cloth, dish soap, sponge, small refrigerator, iron and ironing board, salt and pepper, sugar, basic toiletries provided. Two lounge chairs, two armchairs, bench, cafe table and chairs on deck and another set in garden, and gorgeous garden seating among flowers and fruit trees. Free Off street parking for one car in the designated space at corner of woodland Ave and concord drive near the back fence of your unit. Look for the round ceramic sign “parking reserved for 200 concord only”. We also provide access to onsite washer and dryer for your stay. Simply text me so I can be sure the machines are free for you! Other things to note ARRIVAL: When you arrive -- please look for the arched gate to the RIGHT of the front door as you face the house. This is your private gate and leads you back to your studio deck and attached private studio entrance (white door). Your unit will be professionally cleaned -- And ready for you. You will receive the entry code to the door lock prior to check in. To enter the unit just put in the entry code. To lock the door during your stay just press the “lock door” lock symbol on your keypad and door will lock. (Please note: do not press the button inside the door to lock up since this will not work with your keypad. If you do lock yourself out by mistake look for the magnetic hide-a-key extra key underneath the blue chair on your deck by the front door for a spare key to the unit.) There are no keys needed! No need to worry about late check in with the self-service door code for easy entry! Welcome! Please feel free to text me if you have any questions. PARKING: Please Park your car in the space marked by round ceramic sign “parking reserved for 200 Concord” located at the corner of woodland and concord drive by back fence of your unit. Menlo Park requires that cars be parked in the driveway overnight (not in the street) otherwise they will issue you a ticket! During the day and early evening -- please feel free to park anywhere!
