This is a wonderfully decorated one bedroom flat tucked away in a quiet corner of Wack-Wack road, beside the gated community of Wack-Wack, just off Shaw Boulevard. It has a serene view of lush Wack-Wack golf course. A convenience store is located in the building, along with service/laundry facilities. The bedroom has a Queen bed, and a roll-out work desk, and a great view. It has two large wardrobes. A small dining area for four can be collapsed, for even more space, and the kitchen is sizable. The space This apartment has an excellent location, very central with Makati in the South, via Edsa or Mandaluyong Bridge, to Ortigas and Pasig in the East, to Greenhills, San Juan and Quezon City to the North, or to Sta. Mesa and Manila in the West. The apartment itself is very cozy but also very spacious. If you're looking for a budget apartment in the area, without trading off too many things, this place is for you. Please do note: wi-fi is available, but it operates on a prepaid basis and is not part of fees quoted. Instructions for use are in the house manual. Guest access You can access all of the apartment, except a small 3 sqm storage area which I use to keep personal items and materials we use to maintain the place. There are dining and kitchen ware you may use. You may entertain up to a handful of guests but no more please. This place is not for parties. Other things to note Additional helpful note: many inquire whether the rates include utilities (power/water) and any condominium association dues; the great news is that for short term stays, power, water and association dues are already included as part of the fees. However, for long term stays, you will have to settle the power fees separately. There is no pay parking around this area, and while there is basement parking, it is for the exclusive use of other parking lot owners. The nearest location for pay parking is Cherry foodarama (a large mega supermarket) at the corner of Wack-Wack Road and Shaw Boulevard, a short 5 minute walk. Wifi is self-activated via pre-pay for daily up to monthly bundles.
