Welcome to the perfect place for your Lake Como getaway! The space The newly renovated villa spans across 2 independent floors. The ground floor overlooks the garden with a private pool and is equipped with a kitchenette, a living area, 1 double bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer. The main floor features a large open space that houses the new fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as 2 large double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower. You can enjoy the spectacular views of Lake Como and Bellagio from the paved outdoor area with a dining area and barbecue station, as well as from most of the rooms. Even from the private pool or the wood-fired hot tub (available for an additional fee upon arrival), you will have a breathtaking view of Lake Como and Bellagio. Please note that the villa is accessible by a short, very steep private road by car, and there are 2 free parking spaces available directly at the house. Guest access As a guest, you have the entire villa at your disposal for exclusive use, ensuring maximum privacy. This includes the fenced garden and private pool. The villa is located on a rarely used, very quiet private road. Access to the villa is via a short and steep road with 2 hairpin turns. You have the option to park a maximum of 2 cars in the outdoor area, while adhering to the parking instructions. We kindly request that you park any additional cars at the parking lot in Barna (a 5-minute walk away). Other things to note Tourist tax: The tourist tax of 1 € per person per night can now be conveniently paid in cash during check-in. Hot tub: Enjoy a unique experience by taking in the lake view from our wood-fired hot tub. Upon arrival, you have the option to spontaneously book the hot tub for an additional price of 100€. This surcharge includes access to the hot tub, a filled water tank, and enough wood for one heating session. Late check-out: Subject to availability of the villa and the arrival of new guests on the same day as check-out, a late check-out may be possible. Please contact us in advance to discuss this and receive confirmation. Child travel cot: Upon request, a travel cot is available for 10 € per stay. Grill station: Guests have complimentary use of a charcoal grill fireplace and accessories.
