Our house is a cosy comfortable cottage with a large outdoor area for our guests to enjoy ,we are only 6 kilometres to the city centre with great transport links by bus & tram to the city centre & beyond we have coffee shops ,restaurants , pubs & a large supermarket all about 5 mins walk from here , The bus stop is 2 mins away across the road from us & the tram station is a 10 min walk with trams going into the city every 5 mins or less , Our aim is make guests as comfortable as we can , The space Hi, My name is Teresa and we have 2 rooms available in our lovely home in Dublin 14 . Our 3 bedroomed cottage is in Churchtown about 4 miles from Dublin City Centre. We have 1 Bedroom with two full sized single beds, suitable for 2 people . We have a beautifully furnished Double Bedroom with a lovely comfortable Double Bed suitable for couples. Both of our rooms have fireplaces and are tastefully furnished by their designer owner. This listing belongs to the room with two SINGLE BEDS !! We do not allow more than 2 people in any of our rooms , PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING .THANK YOU . We supply a light Irish breakfast which you can help yourself to in the morning ,cereals ,jam, honey, toast, etc. Breakfast is only available until 10 .30 AM and after that time, we ask you to only use the kitchen to prepare hot drinks or simple snacks. We welcome long-term guests and cooking by prior arrangement is permissible ,ask for my special rates ! There are two bathrooms, one is for the family and one is exclusively for guests only and is shared between guests. There is a terrific transport hub locally We are 15 mins to Dublin City Centre travelling by Car, Dundrum Luas ( an overground tram) Station is about 10 mins walk away which will bring you straight into the heart of the city ,where Trinity College ,and all museums and sights are . The 14 Bus is 3 mins up the road from us & goes into the city in 25 mins .. The 750 CityScape Bus at the Airport will bring you to Dundrum near where we live or the Aircoach bus from the airport will bring you into the city centre where you can get a bus or Luas (Tram) to Dundrum out to our place , There is a very large Shopping Centre nearby where there are plenty of Restaurants, and Bars and some fantastic shops a stone's throw away from here. Teresa Guest access We have a beautiful landscaped garden with tables & chairs dotted all around so you can have your breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening or relax whichever you want to do , Our guests have access to an outdoor tented area where you can also relax with a glass of wine or have a smoke in the evening During your stay We live on the premises so we are always on hand to chat ,give advice on places to dine ,what pubs are worth a visit ,things in general , we always respect our guests privacy , Other things to note Churchtown is a vibrant place it was known as a Spa Town in years gone by ,the air is supposed to be very conducive to sleep , Their are lots of restaurants ,bars & a supermarket locally so guests can eat or drink without having to travel too far ,a great little spot with very good transport links to the city centre & beyond , Buses to the mountains & the sea are available locally & run regurarly throughout the day ,
