Stylish cottage - a stroll from the beach

Our holiday retreat is a stylish and cleverly designed seaside home, located in a beautiful corner of Devon. You’ll love our place - contemporary open plan space, peaceful, and within easy access to endless sandy beaches, coastal path or moorland walks, and some fabulous eateries. We are located in a very quiet residential road about a 5 minute stroll from all beaches. It is perfect for couples, groups or families: an ideal base to explore South Devon, or just relax and take in the sea air! The space The front door opens into a spacious open plan living area. The ground floor living space is finished with solid oak flooring and features and the kitchen, adjoining the open plan dining area, is well equipped and is south facing with shutter style windows that fold right back to give an expansive sea view. The two twin bedrooms are also on the ground floor. All beds are furnished in 200 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding and each room has views into the back garden with the fields beyond. There is a toy cupboard in one room, with train set, games, puzzles etc. A beautiful oak spiral staircase from the main living area leads to 2 double bedrooms with kingsize beds and these rooms are each equipped with a shower wet room and small bathroom with toilet. The cottage has a private parking area at the front which can comfortably accommodate two cars.
