Guest access Due to the current Incline Village Improvement Districts policy/ COVID-19 response; we are NOT able to grant any access the Incline Village properties e.g. rec center, beach, burnt cedar beach. If these restrictions lift in advance of your stay - we will send you instructions. Typically this requires picking up permission pass at rec center. Note that entrance fees to access Incline properties are not included with rental and are tenants responsibility. Other things to note Extra disinfecting supplies will be under the kitchen sink.
