Villa Carolina at Dehesa Campoamor: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private garden The space VILLA CAROLINA is a two-storey villa, decorated in a romantic style, and located in a quiet area of the Dehesa de Campoamor, 1200 meters from the beach. It has a large porch, in front of which there is a bright and sunny garden with lawn and a variety of well kept flowers. Under the porch there is a table with chairs and a ceiling fan. It is ideal for making meals when time permits, which is a big part of the year. The entrance of the house overlooks a large space where it is integrated, although in isolated environments: the kitchen –with a breakfast bar-, dining room with a large table where 8 people can fit, and the living room, which features comfortable sofas for 5 people in front of the TV. The kitchen is equipped with electric burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker hood, coffee (Nespresso), blender, toaster, and ketel. Next to the kitchen there is a small room where the washer and dryer are, and where the iron and ironing board are also saved. A small corridor connects this room with a bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), and a spacious bedroom. This bedroom on the ground floor has 15 m2, and has two beds 90 x 200 cm, and a large cupboard. Beside the living room, it is the stairs connecting to the first floor, where the other bedrooms and the master bathroom are. The first room of this floor has a trundle bed 90 x 190 cm, and opens to a terrace of 7 m2. It also has a cupboard. The second bedroom has two beds 90 x 190 cm, a cupboard, and access to the terrace of the main bedroom. The master bedroom has a sunny terrace of 7 m2. It has TV, and a large closet. The bed is 150 x 200 cm. In front of the rooms there is a bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet. The house has air conditioning with heat pump (in the living room and in the hallway of the first floor. It also has central heating (propane). It has iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cot and "chair" of child, standing fans, etc. It has WIFI. On one side of the house there is another area prepared for barbecues. In this "terrace" there is a TV 26 inches. It has parking inside the garden. In one corner of the garden there is a shower with hot and cold water, which is ideal for use during the summer time when back from the beach or pool without showering inside the house. The villas in the area have a social club which has a large lawn, two pools -one for children and another for elderly- that can be used throughout the year and sports facilities (tennis courts, padel, basket and five-a-side football).
