Shell Residences is located in the heart of Mall of Asia Complex, it is 10-15min drive from the NAIA and good 5 min walk to Mall of Asia. The space Welcome to Shell Residences the newest resort condominium infront of SM Mall of Asia. The unit is a 1 bedroom, 29.6 square meters with a balcony facing amenities. It is beside the fire exit that the guest can use in case of emergency. The unit is fully furnished condominium offering a wide variety of facilities. The place offers swimming pools and jogging trails. Roof deck lounge and a 24-hour security and back-up power system are available in the building. REMINDER: We need a copy of any valid government ID of all staying guests for registration with the Shell admin office. Please make sure to enter correct number of guest. Price reflected is for 3 guest only. Only registered guests can check in. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 1. As a courtesy to the next guest smoking in the unit is strictly prohibited. High security standard in the building need the guest cooperation to maintain. 2. Use of swimming pool Php 150/guest will be charged on weekdays and 300/guest on weekends. This will be collected in the Shell admin office at the basement floor of the building. 3. Towels and beddings are provided for the guests. Only 2 sets of towel and 1 set of linens are provided. Additional towels requested by the guest will incur additional payment. Toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, and tissues are also provided on the first day. Should the guest need more during your stay there is Alfamart- a 24/7 convenience store at the ground floor near the pay parking area for you to buy. 4. The unit is 1- bedroom with a total area of 29.6 square meters. A queen size bed and a pull over plus a sofa bed can be use by the guest comfortably. 5. Kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs. Cooking is allowed in the unit but as a courtesy please clean the cooking wares and utensils after use. 6. Hair dryer, iron, and ironing table are also available in the unit. 7. The unit has a Sky cable TV and WIFI installed up to 8mbps. User name and Password is written in the modem. 8. Daily cleaning services are not included in your booking. If you want cleaning services we can provide it to you at the amount of Php 500. If not, there is a mop and broom in the unit that the guest can use. 9. There is an automatic washing machine in the unit that you can use but sun drying in the balcony is prohibited in the building. Dry cleaning and laundry shops are also available at the ground floor. 10. Check in starts at 2 PM and check out by 12 PM. Flexible check in and check out is subject on the availability of the unit so the guest should ask me first for that. Late check out may incur additional Php 100/hour after 12 PM. 11. Gym is exclusive for unit owners only. Jogging trail is available in the area. Guest access Guest are allowed in the common area such as the Shell lobby and lounge area near the pool. Swimming is free for rhe unit owner only so the guest is expected to pay at the Shell office at the basement of the building. Guest are not allowed to use the gym in the building because it is exclusive for the unit owner only. Other things to note There are many dining options available at the ground floor. Convenience store, laundry shop, water station, local bank and gym are also availble. There is a also connecting passage from the complex to SM Mall of Asia which is 5-10 minutes walk.
