The space The building is 200 years old, there are seven steps to get to the elevator and then three quarters of a flight of stairs to get to the apartment which is located on the top floor. The apartment is two double rooms both with private bathrooms, with a fabulous terrace in the center of Palermo. The place has just been remodeled in the most environmentally friendly materials, using solar panels, as well double glazing on the windows for the outside noise reduction, With air conditioning in the summer and floor heating in the colder months keeps the place nice and cozy. We also have a water filter on the main water pipe that makes all the Beccadelli water drinkable. In the apartment there are four stairsteps to get to the terrace from the apartment.
