The house has four bedrooms and spacious open plan living which make it perfect for families or large groups. There is a separate lounge area perfect for groups to have private spaces when needed. Sleeps 14 People ( 2 on Trundle ) The space The 25-acre property offers a tennis court, a pool and beautiful expanses of land to be explored. The property offers: -Four bedrooms -Two bathrooms (along with two showers and a bath) -Fully equipt kitchen (Stove, microwave, sink, fridge, toaster, kettle) -Main open planned living area with a television and fireplace -Separate living area with a second television -A pool solar heated -A tennis court -Outdoor eating area -Outdoor pizza oven -27 acres of land, including a dam and a lake -A three minute walk to the beautiful cafe Johnny Ripe. Whether you're having a hit of tennis, a dip in the pool or even just curling up with a good book in front of the fire, you'll never be short of things to do whilst staying at this beautiful, family owned property. We do expect that guests leave the house how they found it; clean and with out anything broken or missing Guest access Guests get access to the entire house. This includes two televisions, a CD player and a DVD player, an outdoor pizza oven, a fireplace and much more. Other things to note Although this property does sleep Fourteen, there is a strict no party or gathering policy enforced at the property.
