Situated just off the A5025 with stunning countryside and sea views. 5 min. drive to both Porth Eilian beach & Bull Bay, 10 min. drive to Lligwy Beach and Cemaes Bay Beach. The space St. Eilian Caravan is located on land near to the Ancient Copper Mine of Parys Mountain and is situated within the grounds of St. Eilian Cottage. The caravan is only a couple of hundred metres from the footpaths that lead up the mountain. We are a maximum of 10 minutes drive to some beautiful beaches, the nearest being Porth Eilian and are close to the A5025, so getting around the Island is very easy. The nearest Shop and pub are located in Amlwch approximately one mile from us. Guest access The caravan is away from the cottage. It has its own slate drive/parking and grassed area. It is surrounded by fields to 3 sides and the stone walled garden of the cottage to the other. Most of the year there are sheep in the fields. The fields are generally not accessible to guests but on occasion it may be possible to 'meet' the sheep. Other things to note The Isle of Anglesey 'sticks out' into the Irish Sea and therefore it is generally a windy island. The prevailing wind is South Westerly. Visitors should be prepared for occasional extreme winds at certain times of the year, particularly if walking the coastal path. We always say, there is no bad weather just the wrong clothes 😀
