The Pool Cottage : Private, Safe with Solar power.

This self-catering apartment is in upmarket Cowies Hill, a safe suburb with boom gated access points. The apartment is attached to the main house, with its own entrance. The outlook is onto the pool and lush indigenous garden. It has air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and Netflix. PLEASE NOTE : Water and power cuts (load-shedding) do occur periodically, and this is beyond our control. - 9 minutes from the Pavilion shopping centre, - 45 minutes from King Shaka international airport. The space Our place is great for couples, solo travelers or business travelers. It is a two room unit, consisting of an en-suite bedroom and an open plan lounge and kitchen. The swimming pool is not fenced, so is not safe for non-swimmers, however we do have a pool net which can be fitted by prior arrangement. Guest access The cottage is completely self-contained, with fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and a small, one-plate, plug-in stove. Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool, and explore the wild indigenous garden. The garden is on a slope and there are lots of steps, so use sensible shoes when exploring! Other things to note Your unit is self-catering, and has everything you need. Tea and coffee facilities are provided, with delicious, home-made buttermilk rusks. We also supply some breakfast goodies for your first day, to help you settle in. For longer staying guests, the unit will be serviced weekly, including fresh linen and towels. The driveway is fairly steep, but there is safe, under-cover parking and turning space at the bottom.
