This is an amazing flat in the heart of Budapest, but extremely cosy and equipped studio flat, ideal for singles, couples or a small family or group of 3 friends. The house has got a familiar feeling all around. You will really enjoy the atmosphere. Come and bite a bit from this house. You find the house in the 1st floor with no elevator, smoking not allowed , better for silent and quiet people. The space 25sq meter lovely silent studio, first floor with no elevator ( and with mezzanine floor ) smoking forbidden and no noise no party allowed in the whole building. 2 Bikes provided on request ( on 30 euros total extra charge ) very powerful fast WIFI available. SMART TV AVAILABLE Guest access The flat is founded on the first floor or an ancien building with no elevator for my stairs, so you will need 1 floor by stairs to reach the flat. please considerate that the building has also a mezzanine floor, so it's like being basically on the 2nd floor, with no elevator. Other things to note PLEASE be aware that we need a Passport or valid ID card to registrate guests upon arrival and we have to charge 4% of the rental fee as the obligatory tourist-government city tax, witch must be paid by cash ( in euros or in HUF local currency ) upon the arrival during the checkin. it's an obligatory city-tax witch cannot be paid by the website since cannot come by bank transfer but must be paid by cash by the guests. it's about 4% of the total net rental fee. thank You for cooperating :) flats provided with a very powerful wifi, Smart tv with wifi and Youtube and Netflix option, cable tv, washing machine or wash&Drier, Nespresso coffee machine with capsulas for your whole period, fully equipped kitchen with stoves, toaster, kettle, microwave, essentials, electrical fans and heating systems, of course hairdryer, towels, detergents for the whole period, papers, beddings, TO ADD TO THE MONTHLY PRICE: obligatory weekly general cleanings and weekly general laundry, insurance, bills and ordinary maintenance.
