This modern house is off the grid (solar, rainwater) and on top of the cliffs overlooking the magnificent Murray River. You will not get a better sunset picture! 20 minutes from closest towns of Morgan and Waikerie, enjoy the natural environment. For nature lovers you have an array of Conservation Parks within easy drive: Pooginook C.P. - wombats - 25km Birdlife Australia's Gluepot Reserve - 42km Hogwash Bend C.P. - Regent Parrots -19km Morgan C.P. -19km Dogs are welcome on approval. The space Our lovely little Eco-House has 3 bedrooms*, two with a double bed and one with a single plus a double sofa bed in the main living space. The modern well equipped kitchen looks over the large lounge/dining space - all with scenic views over the river. It's great to stay here over all seasons: Beautiful in winter with a slow combustion wood heater inside and a fire pit outside, and enjoy the river in the Summer. Bring your own kayak or tinnie and launch down on the river flat accessed by road 5 minutes away. Comfortable dining for 8 inside looking over the river. Wi-fi is not available -bring your own - or enjoy a tech free break. * the third bedroom is accessed by going through the second bedroom or via an outside access door. A curtain in the doorway between bedroom 2 and 3 ensures privacy. Guest access Enjoy the house to yourself. You have access to a caretaker next door if you have any issues.
