Located in the heart of the city, Venice, a stone's throw from Fondamente Nove - where the piers for the airport, the train station, the Piazzale Roma car terminal, and the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello are located - our fully restored apartment will make you feel at home: comfortable, well-kept, spacious, bright and quiet. The neighborhood, very lively, is in one of the most authentic areas of Venice, full of artisan ateliers dedicated to the Fine Arts (a few meters from the house is, in fact, the home of the painter Tiziano Vecellio), neighborhood shops, bars and small restaurants. The apartment (9 minutes walk from the Rialto bridge and 15 from Piazza San Marco) is strategically located for visiting the Basilica of Saints Giovanni and Paolo, the Scuola Grande di San Marco, the Arsenale, the churches of Santa Maria dei Miracoli and the Jesuits and the islands of the North Lagoon: Murano, Burano, Torcello and Sant'Erasmo. In the cozy living room that will welcome you on your return you will find numerous publications about Venice in various languages. You can relax with satellite TV and thanks to the WiFi connection you can work (not too much, you're on vacation!) or keep in touch with whoever you want. The kitchen, large and bright, is equipped (refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes and basic necessities) with everything you need to cook in case you decide to dine at home. The three bedrooms offer the possibility to comfortably accommodate 5 people, up to a maximum of 8. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed.
