Quiet, fully furnished Brooklyn home ideal for longer stays. With 15+ years of hosting and 300+ positive reviews, this one-bedroom apartment is perfect for travel nurses, professionals on assignment, students, or anyone relocating to NYC. Clean, comfortable, and well-located near the G train, with easy access to Williamsburg and Manhattan. Best suited for calm, respectful guests seeking a reliable home base. The space This is a private one-bedroom apartment on the second floor (just one easy flight up), with high ceilings and a comfortable, creative feel. The space is well-suited for one person or a couple looking for a quiet, functional place to live and work during an extended stay. Features include: * Separate bedroom * Comfortable living space * Fully furnished setup * Clean and well-maintained environment By Brooklyn standards, it’s a solid, livable size and has everything you need to settle in for a few months. Guest access You’ll have full, private access to the entire apartment during your stay. Street parking is generally available nearby, though like most of NYC it can vary depending on time of day. The Bedford–Nostrand G train is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Brooklyn and into Manhattan. Other things to note This is best suited for quiet, respectful guests looking for a longer-term stay (30+ days). The apartment is my personal space when I’m not in NYC, and I take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. It’s a simple, reliable home base for living and working in Brooklyn. Like many older Brooklyn brownstones, the apartment has character and some original details. The bedroom windows are fully operational. The living room window has a permanently installed air conditioner in the lower section, while the upper sash can be opened on cooler days for fresh air. The bathroom contains an original wooden light-well window that provides natural light but, due to its age, is not intended to be opened. The sofa has been with me since I first started hosting and fits the space perfectly. It is intentionally layered with soft covers and pillows for comfort and easy upkeep. The apartment is comfortable and lived-in rather than modern luxury, and most guests appreciate its quiet, creative feel and the fact that the photos accurately reflect the space. If you appreciate charm, comfort, and a home-away-from-home atmosphere, you’ll likely feel right at home here.
