The bedroom windows are fully operational. The living room window has a permanently installed air conditioner in the lower section, while the upper sash can be opened on cooler days for fresh air. The bathroom contains an original wooden light-well window that provides natural light but, due to its age, is not intended to be opened. The sofa has been with me since I first started hosting and fits the space perfectly. It is intentionally layered with soft covers and pillows for comfort and easy upkeep. The apartment is comfortable and lived-in rather than modern luxury, and most guests appreciate its quiet, creative feel and the fact that the photos accurately reflect the space.
