This luxurious 2 floor mews house is designed with impeccable detail throughout and features a unique collection of contemporary art & design. There are several relaxing spaces on the first floor, a dining area, fully equipped chef's kitchen, library and guest loo. The second floor has a stunning bedroom, featuring 2 terraces, blackout curtains, opaque electric blinds and a fantastic en-suite bathroom inc bath Incredible private spaces with 3m high ceilings and natural light. A calm oasis. The space The home has an incredible amount of space and light throughout. There are several relaxing areas on the first floor for lounging as well as a large dining area, a library, a show stopping kitchen and guest toilet. On the second floor, you will find a comfortable and luxurious bedroom (Super King size bed with great linen), this floor features two terraces and a fantastic en-suite bathroom (luxe bath and shower room). There are opaque electric blinds for screening and Kravat wool drapes for blackout. There is underfloor heating and beautiful accent lighting throughout creating warmth and intimacy. The floors are blackened oak with basalt tiles. All the appliances are Gaggenau and Miele and brand new as are most of the things in the house due to its recent conversion. The fully equipped chef's kitchen on the first floor has everything you may need. High quality Linen and towels are provided at the beginning of your stay and a cleaner can be arranged weekly should this be requested. I will be contactable by email or telephone during your stay and if not travelling will be there in person to meet and give you a tour of the property and help you with any questions you may have. There is a great guide book to the area for you which is updated regularly. The East End of London is a mix of trendy cafes, bars, restaurants, art galleries, shops, nightclubs, and music scenes. Walk to Shoreditch, Victoria Park, Columbia Flower Market, and the canals, and Bethnal Green Station is only a 4-minute walk away. I have an created an excellent guide book for to area for you which is regularly updated. The quickest way into the centre of London (and the West End) is by metro (Underground or Tube). The house is a 4-minute walk from Bethnal Green Underground Station where you can take the Central Line directly into Central London or go one stop ti Liverpool Street and hop on the Elizabeth line. It is very quick, and will take just 12 minutes to get to Oxford Circus! It also works all night during the weekends. If you prefer travelling by bus there are 2 different bus stops on the main road that take you to central London and a night bus that operates for 24 hours. There is a London City Bicycle share station in Bethnal Green which is 3 minutes walk from the flat. My apartment is minutes away from Columbia Road Flower Market, Broadway Market, Brick Lane, Victoria Park, The Grand Union Canal and Shoreditch. From Bethnal Green station it takes only 4 minute to get to Liverpool Street and The City of London (the world's primary business & financial centre) and 12 minutes to Oxford Circus. Canary Wharf is easily accessible by bus and it takes around 20 minutes to get there. All major airports are easily accessible. London City Airport is the closest and it is a short 20 minutes cab ride. Other things to note There is a Miele washing washing machine, Miele dryer and drying rack on the 2nd floor. We can arrange for a company to collect your clothes to be washed and delivered the next day (starting for £30). There are also 2 dry cleaners within 5 min of the apartment. Check-in: -You must confirm your check-in time at least 24 hours before arrival. If you do not confirm the time, we will schedule the check-in at 3pm. Late check-in fees: - For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50. - For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75. The late check-in fee will be applicable based upon the time you will reach to the apartment and we will initiate a request to charge the amount accordingly in case you arrive after 10:00 PM. For security reasons: - We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. - We don't accept 3rd party check-ins. If you can not be present for the check-in you will need to add the person checking in to the booking and present additional information.
