Few centuries old stone villa located in a picturesque village Gata, on mountain Mosor. Sea is few km away, so it is possible to enjoy both mountain and beach. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property. The space This is few centuries old house which is newly renovated. It is located in small village called Gata, 6km from Omiš and sea, in mountain. Place is peaceful, with almost no people around. House has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, from which 2 are en suite. From this location, you can also visit Split, Trogir, Makarska, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Dubrovnik or some island while you are staying here. If you need any help with arrangements for excursions, we would be happy to help. Villa has gated yard which allows privacy. Many outdoor activities are available, from mountain climbing and cycling to river few km away and sea. Also, as this is small area located out of the city, you can enjoy both nature and peace, but also many sightseeing in the area. Few km away Omiš is located, and Split is only 25km away. Seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites are located in Croatia, and you can visit many of them from this location. Owner does not live on this property, but you can always call for any assistance and someone will help during your stay. In yard, your private pool is situated, which is brand new and still unused. The ground floor provides fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with king size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a separate bathroom on ground floor. Internal steps take you to the first floor where living room is situated, along with second bedroom with two single bed that can connect into a king size bed, TV, a balcony with outdoor furniture and mountain views, en-suite bathroom with shower.
