Near 3 Naval facilities; Keyport, Bangor and PSNS. The space Completely separate and private entrance behind host house. Bathroom with shower. Kitchenette has coffee maker, electric tea pot, Toaster, microwave, hotplate, cooking utensils, assortment of dishes and glassware. There is a desk, table and chairs, small refrigerator, iron & ironing board, TV with firestick, queen sized bed and a sleeper sofa. Accessed by stairs (15). Heat/Air conditioned, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit. You also have your own washer and dryer in the utility room downstairs for your private use. Guest access Guests may use the entire loft area upstairs (above garage) and there is a utility room downstairs with washer, dryer and sink for your use. Other things to note Your own parking area in front of the Garage on the left. Other parking in the street in front of the house. Electric hook-up for cars with battery charging requirements. Also, automatic motion sensors for lighting to access the "Perch" after dark. Access with keypad code sent after confirmation of stay.
