Our home is a tri-level townhouse located in a beautifully landscaped community on Clear Lake, south of Houston. Cozy and bright, the guest bedroom and attached private bath are a perfect place for a business traveler to unwind, or for a person or couple on vacation. An exterior door leads to a private deck and garden area, and features a hot tub with soothing jets. Sorry, no pets and no smokers. Guest access The living room is available on a shared basis with your hosts, who live here. There is a TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and other apps available in both the bedroom and living room. There is a mini frig, a microwave, and a coffee maker (with filters) behind the bar, exclusively for guest use. Guests supply their own coffee, creamer, and sweetener. Parking is available under the streetlight across the street. During your stay We invite conversation and are more than willing to help you plan your day trips. Other things to note NASA's Johnson Space Center is literally across the street, where the Visitor Center offers tours and exhibits featuring the Rocket Park and other historic artifacts from our country's ambitious and successful space exploits. The nearby Kemah Boardwalk is home to several top shelf restaurants and a popular amusement park. Galveston is a short drive south down the interstate where the Moody Gardens pyramids, Schlitterbahn, the Pleasure Pier amusement park, Galveston Beach, and The Strand provide lively entertainment options. Over the holidays and during Mardi Gras, Galveston and Kemah are resplendent in colorful lighting displays and other splashy decor. A short drive up north on the interstate leads to the Aquarium, the professional sports stadiums, Discovery Green, the wonderful Theater District, and the notable Museum District which also includes the Houston Zoo and Miller Outdoor Theater.
