The space This is a studio apartment of about 25 square meters with a bathroom of about 8 square meters with shower and washing machine. The futon sofa bed is very comfortable according to our customers :-) The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and there is a large fridge, freezer and microwave. Guest access Parking in front of the residence is free, and it is especially easy to find a spot in the evening. Other things to note For stays of more than 30 days, the property will require a security deposit for damages equal to €800.
