This is a beautiful 2-bedroom villa, in a complex of 3 villas in Kalo Ampeli with fabulous views to the Aegean and the nearby islands (all the houses can be rented together upon request). The villa is located near the beautiful and famous sandy beach of Kalo Ampeli, considered one of the best in Serifos. This practical and organised house, has everything a family or a group of friends will need for a comfortable and relaxed vacation. The space The elegant 72 sqm villa stands on 9.000sqm of private land, which consists of 3 buildings, a newly built residence and 2 restored guest houses, thus securing maximum privacy allowing guests to enjoy the peace, the tranquility, and the Cycladic ambiance of the house. With a living room, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms and one bathroom, there is enough room for everybody, although we doubt you will be spending any of your time indoors. The house is open and airy with lots of windows flooding the space with natural light and providing breathtaking views from all rooms. This house is decorated with taste to accommodate all of your needs. Furniture is simple and modern. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, which include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and WiFi. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. You can enjoy them around the dining table which seats 4, or outside on the big bamboo roofed balcony, where you can dine, or relax, enjoying the sea view in the morning, and the star bright moonlit sky at night. Fresh sheets and towels are provided and the house is cleaned and disinfected before each visit for your safety. We will also be providing a free cleaning service every 5 days during your stay.
