Beautiful 3 Story Town house

Number 53 is a beautiful victorian town house set in the heart of penarth town , there are loads of lovely restaurants, parks beaches and local transport to take you wherever you’d like to go . Number 53 will be a perfect base for families looking to explore the local area which has so much to offer , the Millennium stadium , to Castles , Shopping in the Capital and loads more all within easy reach using public transport . The house offers free on street parking for its guests . The space this beautiful victorian town house is light and airy. Set over three floors , it’s 4 bedrooms will comfortably sleep 10 people without feeling crowded because of its size,but equally would suit a couple looking for a break away . On ground floor there is a large dining room , the table has 6 chairs but will easily sit 8 using extra chairs from the kitchen table , there are double doors leading to the garden and to the front of the house is the living room area that has two large sofas , the tv has all movies and entertainment package supplied through now tv . though the hallway you will find the very large kitchen with a further dining table that sits 4 , the kitchen is fully fitted with oven , hob , microwave , dishwasher , freezer and 2 fridges . through to the back is a large utility room with a washing machine. and laundry area there is even space for a small pool table . There is a toilet and sink on the ground floor next to the utility room. To the first floor you’ll find a very large bathroom with 2 vanity sinks , separate bath and shower and toilet Next to the main bathroom is a separate w/c for extra convenience. To the front is a very large double bedroom with 2 large double beds furnished in a contemporary style, and a further double bedroom with wardrobe to the back . onto the third floor there are two further bedrooms , one double and one twin . there is ample storage . the house also benefits from wifi . We will provide you with a light breakfast of bread , milk , butter , jam , tea , coffee . There will also be fluffy towels , clean bedding , toiletries , hair dryer so you can really just pack clothes , everything else will be provided for you ….. we hope you have a wonderful time at number 53 x Guest access Guests can check themselves in using the key safe situated at the front door . We will send guests the code before check in , two keys are supplied for guests convenience x Other things to note I have been an air bnb host for about 5 years now and I love it ! it’s a fantastic experience hosting guests from all over the world ! Whilst I want to host everyone I must ensure that our neighbours and local residents are our top priority , therefore unfortunately I won’t be able to accept hen or stag do’s.
