Our cosy, traditional cottage can accommodate up to 8 people. It is situated in a beautiful Private Estate in its own extensive garden with large pond offering stunning views from the cottage. Amazing wildlife and walks are on your doorstep - excellent opportunities to experience the great outdoors! Cosy country living for large groups and families. Private drive and parking for up to 4 vehicles. For multiple groups - Crossbrae Croft, our other property is also close by, accommodating 6. The space This is a traditional country cottage. On the ground floor there is the Kitchen, spacious Lounge with open fireplace and dining area. As well as this, there is one super king sized bedroom and one double room, plus a shower room with W.C. Upstairs there is a twin room. Along the landing, is a King Room (which can be made into a twin ) and a large bathroom with shower over the bath. There is a Smart T.V with Freeview in the lounge and WIFI throughout the cottage. Outside there is an extensive garden area with large pond to the front and patio dining area with furniture to the rear. The patio area captures the best of the morning and evening sun for al fresco breakfasts or a glass of wine in the evening at sunset. An outdoor tap and hose is outside too- handy for rinsing off mucky paws or outdoor equipment. Within walking distance there is access to the Estates Private Walled Garden and Glen Garden.
