This beautiful and spacious Grade II listed Georgian country house, nestled in the quiet countryside close to local amenities, is the perfect holiday home for groups wanting to get away. The space Includes 3 reception rooms, a kitchen diner with dining table comfortably seating 14, 7 bedrooms each with a double or king bed, one of which is downstairs with access to the downstairs bathroom. A further two single beds, a z-bed and a single bed settee are available. Games room with retro arcade machine, X-Box and professional table football table. There is fast WiFi throughout the property. This is an idyllic place for large groups of friends or family to get away from it all. Guests can all eat together round the large oak dining table, beside a crackling fire. There are three reception rooms so you can spread out. And as well as a front lawn exclusively for you and your guests, and ample parking, you can access a play area with slides, swings and monkey bars, as well as an orchard shared with the hosts. Greenwood House can accommodate a few more than 16 guests if you wish. We have two cots, a bed settee and a Z mattress that we can provide and assemble for your stay. There is ample space in the bedrooms and reception rooms to accommodate a few more little people if you wish. We have a newly installed Electric Vehicle Charging Point for guests to use should they wish to. Please note: we are in a very tranquil rural setting and have close neighbours. Greenwood House is not suitable for noisy parties or loud music at anytime. We also ask you to keep outside noise to a minimum after 9:30pm. We just want to make these rules clear now to avoid guests booking somewhere that doesn't meet their needs.
