Sunshine House, near Downtown, Legacy Trail, Beach

Great location! This is a family friendly home, close to downtown and beaches, with a pool, fenced yard, and a large, screened porch for lounging and having meals outside. Close to all the great things Sarasota has to offer- museums, gardens, theaters, shopping, Sarasota Bay, and beaches. The house is 1.5 miles from downtown, 10 min to St. Armands, 15 min to Lido Beach, and about 20 min Siesta Key Beach. One dog considered with a fee. Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area. The space The house is a two bed/two bath house and sleeps 4 comfortably. It is an older home, built in the 50's so the bathrooms are small but renovated. The master has a comfy king-sized memory foam bed. The guest room has two twin memory foam beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Weber grill outside by the pool. There is a table for 4 outside on the porch and a dining table for 4 inside. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs with Direct TV and access to other apps. It is a great home for families and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a pool safety fence if needed for small children. Please let me know if you need me to install this before your arrival. One dog will be considered. There is a fee of $150 added when bringing a pet to help pay for extra cleaning costs. Please be respectful and keep pets off of the furniture and properly dispose of their waste. I do have a sofa cover if needed. Please make sure your pet is clean and bring your own towels or blankets to use for your pet. City of Sarasota Registration VR24-00316 Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note A Pool Liability Release must be signed when booking the house. This is just to notify the guest of the risks of swimming pools and to release the owners from liability for negligence and to hold the owners harmless for any claims of injury. Child safety fence is available upon request. This is an older home, built in the 50's. The bathrooms have been remodeled but they are small. We allow one dog upon request with a fee. Two will be considered with an added fee. If you arrive with more than one dog without requesting beforehand, that is reason to keep your deposit. We are reasonable and will most likely accept your request but do not appreciate lack of consideration on this matter. Please return keys to lockbox at departure. There will be a $25 charge for any keys not returned.
