We actually have two luxury ocean view units that are mirror image side by side. Together the two units sleep 16 people. There is a covered elevator landing that connects the units. The gated community has 2 pools, hot tub, and outdoor shower available. Luxury master bath in each unit. The space Each corner ocean view unit features a 450 square feet of covered balcony with table and chair, grill with French doors that open to large living room with plenty of seating. Each unit has a dining table seating 6 plus 3 at breakfast bar. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Altogether, there are two masters with king beds, There are two queen bedrooms and the 5th bedroom has two double beds and the 6th bedroom has a double bed plus two twin beds. The sleeping configuration in each unit is: 201 Brass Rail: King bed with ocean views- French doors to balcony- huge en suite bath with jetted tub and large walk in shower. 2nd bedroom with queen bed 3rd bedroom with twin bunk beds and 1 double. Hall bath and 1/2 bath. Laundry room. 202 Sleeping configuration Master with king bed with - French doors to balcony- huge en suite bath with both a tub and large walk in shower. 2nd bedroom with queen bed 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds. There is a sleeper in the living room. Hall bath and 1/2 bath. Laundry room. Beautiful gated community with two pools and a spa tub. Outdoor shower. 100 yards to ocean on south beach near the pier.
