Owner lives a 2 min. walk away! One parking space included, all linens and unlimited wifi. *Please note all services and pools are generally only in Summer. American-owned great beach-front apartment in the historic town of El Puig, aprx. 10km north of Valencia captial, Province Valencia. 3 hours from Madrid and Barcelona. This is our second residence and strictly a rental. This lovely apartment is the perfect combination for a Mediterranean coastal stay with quick and easy access to Spain's 3rd largest city. El Puig is the nicest 'suburb' town of Valencia with a famous 13th century monastery at its center. It is just 3 highway exits away from the city and has a 17 min. train ride into the center. The town is 2.5 km. inland from the coast. The sea-front apartment on the beach of El Puig has views of the Mediterranean below, even from the main bedroom. The apartment itself has 2 bedrooms, both with very good new mattresses that are queen-sized (150cm). There is also a good sofa-bed to sleep 6 adults. We are child friendly and also provide a baby pack-and-play. We also uniquely provide a satellite dish, for European programs in other languages, including the main news channels in English such as CNN, CNBC and NPR radio. Internet option available. We allow smoking, but outdoors on the terrace only. The covered terrace, looking onto the MED, is perfect for meal times. If you are from a chillier country, you can still enjoy the sun in the mid-day even in January here in Valencia's mild climate. Guest access Beach, 2 fronton courts, tennis courts, basketball and 'fubito' courts at no extra charge. Supermarket on weekends and all Summer. Gardens and Summertime giant pool as well as kid pool.
