The space Fortuna 1 is part of an ancient farmhouse, arranged over two floors and designed for spacious, relaxed living. On the ground floor, the private entrance opens into the living room with a large corner sofa and TV, followed by the spacious, well-equipped kitchen featuring an original marble table traditionally used for making fresh pasta. Air conditioning is available on both floors. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, along with two bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy. Outside, just in front of the house, a small table with umbrella is perfect for outdoor dining. A few steps from the entrance is the private BBQ area, equipped with shade and a table. The green area runs along a hedge that, depending on the time of day, offers shaded spots ideal for reading and relaxing. The shared swimming pool is only a short walk away, and this accommodation has a reserved cabana with sun loungers and chairs.
