The space The apartment is located on the first floor with private access to the quiet front garden. The spacious cooking and dining area is connected to the open living room. The large bedroom with double bed can be extended by a crib or by arrangement by a guest mattress. The second bedroom has two single beds. ★ FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN ★ with induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, baking utensils and much more. ★ FAMILY FRIENDLY ★ with high chairs, baby crib, bed rail for the big beds, baby bath, toilet seat, lots of toys and children's books. And when it's cold, rainy and dull outside: How about a cozy Netflix evening in front of the tiled stove, a sauna visit or a game night? The decor is reminiscent of the 40s and 50s, complemented by modern accents. It is no longer possible to imagine that chickens once lived in the living room, but the tiled stoves and wall decorations of the former residents are preserved, as are some of the refurbished furniture that has been here for over 60 years. Clearly visible from the living room, but you have to leave the property briefly and go through another entrance to get there.
