In a villa 900 meters from the promenade, spread over 3 levels and in different apartments, we rent - together - 2 apartments on the top floor, placed next to each other, each with independent entrance, for a total of 4 double bedrooms, 2 fully renovated bathrooms, 2 living rooms with kitchenette and bunk bed, 2 new refrigerators, 2 washing machines, air conditioning. Large terraces with beautiful views of the sea and greenery. National Identification Code (CIN) IT071059C200086972 + National Identification Code (CIN) IT071059C200086969 The space This is a very popular accommodation for my guests, both for the large terraces equipped for outdoor living and with a beautiful view, and for the space and comfort offered inside the two apartments. To reach the attic floor of the villa, you take 22 steps and reach a landing, with a door, after which you will find the two independent entrances of the 2 penthouses. Each penthouse has 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and bunk bed, a terrace with a sea view, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6-8 people, so you can reach a maximum capacity of 14 beds. The bathrooms of both penthouses have been completely renovated, including fixtures, with good quality materials and finishes. Samsung air conditioners have been installed in the penthouses, both in the bedrooms and in the living rooms; the air conditioners have been oversized compared to the square meters of the aforementioned rooms, to provide effective cooling. In the two apartments there are large Bosch brand refrigerators and good Samsung brand washing machines. In the garden of the villa there is a large stone barbecue, an outdoor shower and a sink, available to all guests of the various apartments in which the villa is divided. Parking is on the street, in front of the villa; this road is paved and wide, as it is a two-way street. You can also park on a plot of land next to the villa. It is forbidden to park inside the villa, both cars and motorcycles, so as not to take up space inside, but also so as not to damage the external flooring of the villa, all renovated in 2024 with good quality materials. The place is very quiet and relaxing, full of greenery, with other villas and condominium buildings nearby; the promenade is only 900 meters away but in view of the fact that on the way back there is a very steep climb at times, it is indicated that the use of the car is necessary. It is possible to visit the caves, by boat, from Rodi to Peschici, as well as take walks in the Umbrian Forest, even with a Jeep, buy oil and other typical products, and take beautiful excursions to the Tremiti Islands. San Giovanni Rotondo, with the Sanctuary of Padre Pio, is a 45-minute drive away. In Lesina and Varano there are lakes with protected fauna, the Umbrian Forest is a National Park, with deer, picnic areas, etc. Along the road that leads to Peschici/Vieste there are trabucchi placed on the sea where you can eat fish, as well as very beautiful coves and bays. Guest access The garden and the passage areas inside the villa are shared, all the guests of the various apartments can use both the outdoor shower area and the barbecue, as well as the parking lot on the land next to the villa. Other things to note CAR REQUIRED as the climb is very steep when returning from the sea. In August, a reservation of at least one week is required. To bring small pets, you must ask the owner for permission in advance. For tax reasons, sheets, pillowcases, and bath linens of any kind are NOT provided. The pillows are there. Only exceptionally, with a supplement to be agreed in advance and to be paid separately, may it be possible to provide sheets and pillowcases; not even for a fee is bathroom linen provided, so towels, bath towels, bathrobes must be brought by guests. There is NO Wi-Fi. To the price paid on the site, the amount provided by the Municipality of Vico del Gargano as a tourist tax must be added, which the owner will collect in place and then pay to the Municipality. Before arrival, guests must send a copy of their identity documents to the owner via email, which must then be sent to the Police Headquarters. Regarding the check-in time, we will try to accommodate, as far as possible, the arriving guests, for example with the possibility of leaving luggage first and then passing at a later time for the delivery of the house. In addition, there are both private beaches and a lot of free beach, and the various shops and services are located on the promenade. Nearby places include Rodi 5 km away (with daily connections to the Tremiti Islands), Peschici (12 km), Vico del Gargano, the Umbrian Forest (with various possibilities for excursions), and the lakes of Lesina and Varano. It takes between 45 minutes and an hour and a half by car to reach Vieste, Pugnochiuso and Mattinata. San Menaio is also served by a station, with various connections provided by trains and buses. A paid shuttle service is provided by a beach. It is recommended to properly separate waste during the stay; before departure, in order not to leave waste in the house, guests can take it to the appropriate disposal center located in San Menaio.
