Nemo Room. The only accom. in Coron Island

This small room (now with a new private internal bathroom) is on Paolyn Original Houseboat that is located in the pristine, clear and clean water of Awan Awan Lagoon, in Coron island, just 500 mtrs from the famous Twin Lagoons and not far from KayanganLake. The Lagoon is sheltered and calm. Our Houseboats are the only accommodation and restaurant in Coron island and they are totally Off The Grid and environmentally friendly. High Speed Satellite Internet. It is our smallest room The space The Small Nemo room is on Paolyn Original Houseboat upstairs. It is our smallest room and it has a new private internal bathroom. This Houseboat is 2350 square meters in total and has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. These Houseboats (that have also an onboard private italo filippino houseboat restaurant in another lagoon) are the first in their kind in Philippines and they are located in a pristine lagoon in the limestone island of Coron: National Park, Marine Reserve and Unesco Biosphere site (Coron Island is different from Coron town that is located in another island named Busuanga). We will pick you up at the Coron/Busuanga Airport (or in Coron Town) and bring you to our Houseboats (30 minutes Van plus 30 minutes boat). We have now 9 high speed Starlink Satellite internet WIFI, so our internet is probably the fastest of all the area! Free use of kayaks, stand up paddleboards and snorkeling gears No pollution, no traffic, no noise. Amazing landscape with breathless landscape with steep cliffs and Karst rock formations made of Permian Limestone of Jurassic origin (that you can almost touch from the Houseboat! and that you can also see from your bedroom and from the tables at the restaurant), it offers superb snorkeling and it is totally quite except birds chirping and splashes of fish. Clean and clear water. It is the only place where to sleep and eat in all Coron Island. You can just jump in the water from the platforms and go snorkeling or you can go with the kayak or the paddleboard (the use of kayak, paddleboard and snorkeling gears if free) to visit twin lagoons that is just the next lagoon. The houseboat is totally independent (OFF THE GRID) with 15kw solar panels, 22 kw of Lithium batteries, 10 kw Inverters, 24 h electricity, 24h fresh water. The Houseboats DO NOT DISCHARGE ANYTHING IN THE SEA. KITCHEN, TOILETS, SINKS AND SHOWERS DISCHARGE IN HOLDING TANKS AND THE CONTENT IS TRANSFERRED DAILY (SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY) BY FOUR DEDICATED SERVICE BOATS TO A 14 STAGES SEPTIC TANK BUILT ON PURPOSE ON ANOTHER ISLAND. This is why our sea is not polluted. DNR from Manila and Coron, PCSD from Puerto Princesa and Coron, Coron Municipal Officers have duly inspected our Houseboats. You can relax reading a book in the sunbeds or take a sunbath alternated with a swim, have a nice meal or a nice drink on the terrace for sunset. From the Houseboats you can also start and end the islands hopping tours or the indigenous cultural tour to the Tagbanua tribe villages. We have our own speedboats that can bring you privately anywhere! starting from the famous Kayangan and Barracuda lakes where we will bring you when you will be alone without tourists!! Or to amazing Coral Gardens where to experience stunning snorkeling (Twin Peaks, Seven Picados, Smith Coral Garden, Malwaway Coral Garden, Secret Coral Garden) or to white beaches (Vivian Beach, Awaway Beach, Malcapuia Beach, Banana Beach, Bulog Dos Beach, Ditaiatan beach etc) or to snorkel to shallow IIWW wrecks (Luson Gunboat, Skeleton wreck). The Paolyn original houseboat has three levels. The ground floor has a dining and relaxing common area, all around 360 degrees there is a platform from where you can access to the sea trough two ladders and where you can relax and take the sun. Plus an additional big floating deck of 96 square meters. The first floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor has two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The top floor has a top roof terrace and the possibility to eat there. The view is 360 degrees. All our rooms are private in the meaning that you will not share your room with anybody else and have electric fans. All rooms have also optional Air conditioning. We ask a  surcharge for the air conditioning since we need to run all night a generator because the solar panels are not enough for the AC! but no noise in the lagoon since the Generators are on another dedicated houseboat out of the lagoon and connected with 3,000 meters of special submarine cables to all houseboats! but honestly being on the water there is always a nice breeze, it is very safe to leave all doors open. For one AC the surcharge is 2,500 pesos for 9 hours, some guests decide to do just half time and pay half. With these amount we just cover part of the price of the fuel! In fact the smaller generator uses 4.5 liter an hour and we pay the fuel around 80 pesos per liter. So we hope you will not choose to have AC :) also because it is still pollution and normally being on the sea there is always a little of breeze and it is never too hot thank also to the multiple fans that the rooms have. Guests can also decide if to have AC also once in the room and even at 9 pm since it will take 10 minutes to start all (we have 26 people night shift, so they can assist you for any need!). Other things to note We have a fleet of new speedboats with new original Yamaha outboard engines between 15 and 70 hp and with a small charge We Can Also Bring You To The different attractions like the Amazing And Famous Fresh Water Lakes KAYANGAN And BARRACUDA and to the superb snorkeling spot Twin Peaks, Seven Picados and Skeleton WW2 wreck, Smith Coral garden and a lot more. Twins lagoon and Hidden Lagoon are reachable in few minutes from the houseboat even by free kayak and free paddleboard! at reasonable price you can also have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the houseboat. We can prepare fresh fish, fresh vegetable, fresh meat, appetizers, desserts. you can choose to drink cold wine, cold beers, cold cocktails, cold soft drinks etc Please note that even if we have invested in boosters and special amplified antennas, the wifi internet connections are not fast, especially during the day time when there are many tourists in Coron town (where it is not very fast too). In fact we connect to the same tower that is in Busuanga Island since in Coron Island there are not services (no tower, no water, no electricity, no restaurants, no hotels). In the bamboo suites the wifi is faster since there is a more open view to the tower so the signal is stronger And internet is faster especially from late night to early morning when less people in town are using internet. we organize transportation from airport or from coron town to the houseboat and viceversa (30 minutes van ride and 30 minutes boat trip). it is included in the price of the juniorsuite and of the bamboo suites (see the other listings). it is excluded in the price of the unicorn room and if the nemo room.
