Welcome to Whitestone! A quiet, upscale and safe residential neighborhood. The listing is for a private suite within the home NOT the entire house. Parking is ALWAYS available and bus stop is within blocks. - 5-7 min away by car is LGA/Citi Field/US Open - 20 min from JFK with no traffic - 44 bus takes you to the #7 train's Main St. station. From here you'll be in Grand Central in 30 min on express train. -QM2 Express bus to the city in a 1/2hr depending time of day and where you're going The space Disclaimers: -No animals of any kind are in the home nor are permitted on the property. -Airbnb charges you about 18% for booking fee and a 15% NYC occupancy tax which they remit to NYC. Your total cost is not going to the host. - I may not confirm NYC residents. (See house rules) -"Parking on Premises" was added to the listing so it can be searchable by my guests. There is ALWAYS readily available parking across the street. Driveway not included. I live on the premises, so I choose who I invite to book in my home. Once you're here, you'll be treated like family! I just ask that you respect my home and treat it accordingly. Everything has been lovingly renovated in the suite so please ensure damage is not caused by travel bags/luggage etc. Thank you! The Space: **You are NOT renting the whole house.** -It is a Private suite with high end en suite bathroom located on the lower level of the home. There are no other guests on this floor. The deck space and eat in seating area in kitchen are shared. -Full size bed with fluffy mattress pad. (Twin air mattress is also available. Request set up at booking if needed) - Hotel quality Down/Feather pillows. - Dorm size fridge, microwave, smart TV and private outside sitting area surrounded by greenery. -Room size is 10' 6" X 16' 6" -Coffee and tea available in the kitchen Please familiarize yourself with where you're planning to go while you're staying in Whitestone. (Bridge view nursing home is down the block for your mapping reference) New Yorkers are accustomed to 1hr work commutes. So I do not want to get a low star rating for "location" because my guests did not pick the right place for their needs. So if you want to be in Manhattan in 15min I strongly suggest you book elsewhere. If you want to stay in a safe neighborhood with beautifully serene surroundings and my "location" works for you then I'd be happy to welcome you! Guest access Coffee/Tea available in the kitchen. Other things to note For very early AM check ins you will need to book the day before to guarantee room availability.
