Renovated Street Car District Home w/ Sauna!

Our historic 1900's Victorian home in the Thomas Square District of Savannah makes for the perfect authentic southern experience. With lots of original features, modern touches and a tranquil rear patio you can rest assured that you will have a great time! The house is also within walking distance to some of the most popular restaurants in Savannah! The Vault, Green Truck Pub, Cotton & Rye and Blowin' Smoke are all right there. Has inferred sauna in bedroom! SVR-01825 The space ***This is our personal home - we open it up when us and our dog are leaving to go out of town, so just keep that in mind! We typically keep condiments in the fridge and sometimes packaged food - feel free to eat away!*** The house is two stories with a master bedroom on the lower floor and two bedrooms upstairs. It was remodeled in 2014 to give it tons of modern features including a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped! The backyard offers tons of space to hang out all night long! Guest access You may access the entire home as well as the backyard. Please follow the instructions posted on the sauna before use - but feel free to reach out if you have any questions! Other things to note This is our home, please be respectful of our things. We have most of our clothes and personal items locked up in a closet, but anything that is out you may use, just treat it as your own.
