Licence No EH-66082-R 11/9/2028 The space You could not ask for a better location when visiting Edinburgh! You will have constant views of Edinburgh Castle from your living room, kitchen and bedroom. The city’s top attractions, along with plentiful cafes, restaurants, bars, and theatres are all close by, but the apartment enjoys a quiet and secluded spot - the best of both worlds! The Websters Land apartment is accessed on street level through a secure gate, once through the gate the full view of the Castle will open up in front of you. Go down twelve steps and then along to the apartment, where you can go straight indoors, or take in the view whilst sitting outside, enjoying the peace and quiet of the courtyard. Once inside, you will have full use of a large living room with a comfortable sofa; solid oak futon which converts into a comfortable double bed (UK double size 137cm x 190cm) for a 3rd guest. There's a 43" smart TV; dining table and chairs, and bookshelf with books and games. The living room has a door, which provides for a private and separate bedroom/workspace. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a breakfast table and chairs; kettle; cafetiere coffee maker, toaster, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and all the utensils you need for a comfortable stay. We provide some basics to get you started - tea and coffee, and salt and pepper. The large bedroom has a king-size bed (UK king size 150cm x 200cm), lots of wardrobe/cupboard space for storing your clothes and a comfortable armchair, and desk for working. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, towel warmer and heated mirror. We provide a hair dryer, iron with board, and electric heated clothes airer, as well as bedding and towels. We have a power socket in the bedroom which has a couple of USB-A ports for phone chargers. For guests travelling with children, there is adequate space for a travel cot (provided) in the bedroom, we also have a highchair, and there are games/books for a range of ages. Outside there is a balcony with table and chairs for you to relax and take in the magnificent view of Edinburgh Castle with your morning coffee or an evening dram of whisky! Guest access There is a locked gate to enter Websters Land, we will provide you with the access code for entering. Other things to note The City of Edinburgh Council have announced a 5% levy on a guest's stay for the first 5 nights of their booking for all stays on or after 24 July 2026. Any bookings made for the 24 July 2026 and after, will include the Visitor Levy at time of booking. We recommend leaving the car at home! Edinburgh is an easy city to navigate on foot or using our public transportation system. Parking is available close by at a paid multi storey car park. Our apartment is inside the Low Emission Zone catchment for vehicles driving into Edinburgh City Centre. Cars are only allowed in if - Euro 4 for petrol cars and vans (generally vehicles registered from 2006) Euro 6 for diesel cars and vans (generally vehicles registered from September 2015) If your car does not comply with these standards, you will receive a penalty charge for each day your vehicle is inside the zone.
