Tranquil location with gardens backed by copse. 5mins drive, 10 mins cycle, 20 mins walk to three glorious beaches. Wonderfully placed for cycling / walking the West Wight. Key safe access allows separate entry at front of bungalow. Pleasantly large double room, ensuite shower, loo and small hand basin. Good desk space if working from home with fast fibre WiFi. Small fridge, table, chairs, cutlery, mugs, breakfast bowls, wine glasses, tea, coffee, provided. Secure bicycle parking . The space Guests are welcome to use the gardens, patio table ,washing line facilities and any of the outdoor seating. However they are unable to use the rest of the house so this is not a self catering set up. There is a large dining table /work desk with comfortable office chair if required . The host if present will be happy to discuss any unexpected requirements to ensure a happy stay. There is plenty of parking . Guest access At present guests access their own private double room with ensuite via their own entrance. Outdoor areas are also accessible During your stay Guests have independent access via the front door through use of a key safe. The host may or may not be present, but will be available via mobile for any queries. Other things to note The setting is perfect for cyclists and walkers to explore the West Wight. Buses allow exploration of the island so you can have a great holiday without paying the extortionate car ferry prices. Bikes are free to bring as a foot passenger on the ferry .. the best route to use for my house is Lymington to Yarmouth. The host is committed to the clean and sanitise methods outlined by Airbnb.
