The Seacraze - Orchid Condominium

The Seacraze is a high quality condominium complex in an excellent location, only a few minutes walk from the popular Takiab beach, comprising of 4 buildings positioned arround a magnificient 60m shared swimming pool, the development also features a fitness room, a soft playroom for children, air-conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and a 24 hour security service. The space The Condo has been decorated and furnished in a European/Asian style to provide a fresh, bright, comfortable and relaxing ambience. A feature of this particular apartment is the east-facing balcony, offering the sun in the morning and allowing some shed and less hot temperatures in the afternoon. Guest access The Condo has 2 bedrooms, the 1st one is equipped with a King size bed, open wardrobe, a commode, a dressing table and a en-suite bathroom. For guest's convenience, a washing machine has been placed in the kitchen ( moved from bathroom). The other bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a large sofa-bed (120x200), a wardrobe, a commode, a fan, a shelf with drawers for kids, a hanger. The second bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a hanging shelf and a heated shower. A small and practical kitchen with all necessary equipment is available. The living and dining room are nicely furnished and allow a lookout from the balcony onto the 60 m long swimming pool and garden facilities. Other things to note Please take out your street shoes and leave them at the entrance of the Condo. If you need anything, please call Ms Dha, she can either come and/or send someone to help you, whatever the service you need. If you have a technical/water problem, please call or see the office for them to send one of their technicans to assist.
