The space The guest space is within my house...however when I close the hall door, it becomes two separate easy to live in spaces. If I am needing anything from the laundry which is in the Airbnb space e.g. washing machine, I will enter from your private entrance as not to walk through the more lived in spaces. I will knock loudly before entering and call out when inside the private entrance/laundry to ensure you know I am there. Guest access Guest can walk down the driveway and enter through the back door. Parking off site is easy. Lockbox is located behind the first fence when you enter the property near the first corner which separates the driveway and front grass area. During your stay Guest have there own space. I will introduce myself at the beginning of your stay otherwise, unless I’m need anything from the laundry, it is your private space. Other things to note My employment is your standard 9-5 and I have neighbours. Because of this, please be respectful of noise levels in the evening and night times especially. Of course I will do the same. When working a 9-5, this may make cleaning the Airbnb space between guests not always timely. If I am working the day of your check in and I have not been home between a guest leaving and you coming, please be patient with me if I can not clean your space until I return home. When I return home, I will get on it instantly and your space will be cleaned and fresh, ready to go.
